Founded by Diana Benson, Benson Appraisals was born out of a recognition for the need for specialized, high-quality property valuations in Gilbert.

With over 35 years of experience, Diana built Benson Appraisals on a foundation of accuracy, reliability, and exceptional client service.

Meet Diana Benson

Diana Benson, the Senior Appraiser and founder, brings over 35 years of dedicated service in real estate appraisals. Diana is a Certified Residential Appraiser with ongoing professional development in advanced valuation techniques.

Diana specializes in appraisals for estate settlements, divorce proceedings, financial planning, bankruptcy cases, and purchase/sale transactions.

Diana brings experience in litigation support and expert testimony, ensuring that every valuation she provides is clear, defensible, and able to withstand scrutiny. Her background in home construction and teaching gives her a well-rounded knowledge base, equipping her to handle even the most complex appraisal situations with confidence and expertise.
