Diana has appraised over 25 years in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. She has served in her profession as Co-Education chairman for the appraisal institute and National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. She speaks at local real estate schools, lenders and real estate events. Her experience includes positions as a staff appraiser for a national firm, chief appraiser of a local firm, review appraiser for an international bank and President of Benson Appraisals, LLC. Benson Appraisals had been selected as the “Top Appraisers” in the Phoenix metropolitan area and awarded the Commitment to Excellence Award as listed in the Business Journal. Her accompanying experience of building custom homes, real estate investment, real estate sales and acting as an expert witness brings a wide array of knowledge to her appraisal company.
